A classic Chicago three-flat was gutted by fire, and the family that owned the home wanted not only reconstruction, but de-conversion into a single-family residence that would accommodate their growing family. We designed a new facade that elegantly fits into the existing residential neighborhood. This home was featured in Crain’s Chicago Business, September 26, 2005.
